The space station current sits 1500 units above Sandy / Alamo Sea. The solar panels are reflective and your mileage may vary based on your graphics in terms of how reflective they will be.

For those who wish to move the space station to another spot on the map, every ydr has the same origin, meaning that all 7 ydrs are set to the same coordinates. Essentially you don't have to worry about adjusting the x,y,z axis as each part will align itself. The model is already pre-rotated based on real life.
Install:
Place iss_gta dlc in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Insert line " dlcpacks:/iss_gta/ " in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml

@BunnyGaming Did you do a clean install? Ymap name changed and you need to remove the old ymap and update the manifest. If not just dm me via discord (same name as here) and I can help you out further.
@lutton - Great mod, but the station can only be seen very close nearby. I want to see it all over map just like other cool mods that can do that, and tried to adjust the height of the station but that only made the structure appear and disappear when close. pls fix, will rate when fixed.
@bmw740il The Render distance can certainly be increased. You can either do it with codewalker/editing the xml or I can do it. Let me know which you prefer
I am not that experienced in doing that. So I'd prefer you did it. And how to lower the station closer to ground is that altering the Z position in the file or how to do that?

@bmw740il You can move any map with https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/ymap-ybn-mover .
For the distance, export the ymap to XML with CodeWalker RPF Explorer, and increase LODDist to any value you would like.
@missysnowie - I did change the loddistance to around 10000 still the same the station only shows at short distance.

You actually made this a reality for so many who been waiting to see this for so long.
Now in the future, I recommend some sort of small interior room entrance, & also adding some enhanced lighting effects, possibly headlight pulsations like on an aircraft on some areas, & other areas could get a regular lighting to increase overall luminosity at night. thereby making it an overall spectacle to behold in the skies, specially when flying by or looking through a telescope from the ground.
I can already foresee a billion downloads for this amazing piece of work!
@bmw740il Did you recalculate the extents? That will adjust the extents at which the entity is streamed to (Open files in codewalker and click on calculate extents when selecting the ymap).
@nj5050 I'll see what I can do later on; I don't necessarily specialize in interiors, we shall see
@ lutton - did recalculate the extents and is working now, thx. But at franklins house on game load the front door and garage door is missing??
@bmw740il I have no idea personally, but maybe you streamed it too far perhaps. If you stream things too far, your game may struggle / stop rendering items around you. Try maybe in the range of 5-6k instead of 10k
