Customised Settings.xml is made for these two files COMBINED mainly:

This texture pack is compatible:

Features:
-Replaced GTA V police cars with the LSPD Legacy Pack when using Ultimate Backup
-LSPD9 and LSPD19 car slot not used
-Replaced Police4, FBI, FBI2 and RIOT with ODYP and WRXP from BlueGhostPack
Also changed with spawn distance from 150 to 300.
