Download and install the Los Santos County Sheriff Pack.
Use OpenIV go to Grand Theft Auto V \mods\ update\ x64\ dlcpacks\lssd_vehicles\dlc.rpf\ x64\vehicles.rpf
and open both lssdscout1.ytd and lssdscout1+hi.ytd with edit mod.
Drag the dds file inside the both ytd files and remember to save.
