1.Download the car from https://hu.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/army-brute-suppressor-addon
2.Open OpenIV and browse to x64\vehicles.rpf\cp9a.ytd and open it.
3.When you have that list opened just simply add the livery which is bearcat_sign_1 from the downloaded file onto the list which is the .ytd file. and save it.
4.Enjoy
