3. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\rielworxhd9/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/hd91.ytd
4. Import livery_sign_16.png
Spawn the model with any trainer with model name hd91 and change livery using trainer,
If you are using Menyoo this is how to change the livery for this skin
Vehicle Option > Menyoo Customs > Livery
Then Switch to the 16th Livery
