My first mod. Makes the world of Gta feel more alive.
Features:
Construction Sites.
Car Accidents.
Pullovers.
Drug Deals.
Crime Scene.
And more.
Installation:
You will need the Map Editor. Then put the file inside your gta folder where gta v.exe is located or you can put it in a map called "AutoloadMaps" inside of the scrips folder. If you dont have it, create one :)
I will be adding more of the things above all over the map, and some other things :) Stay tuned!

Correct me if im wrong, but these arent random event. They dont occur randomly at random places.
Yeah what @Dawis67 said, these aren't random right? Because I would LOVE a mod that adds random events like in Red Dead Redemption. It would make the world so much move living and immersive.
I still haven't seen what this does in my game, i load the files properly via the map editor etc.. but still no changes can be seen:/

@mrsandwiich, there is only 1.0 and 1.1 in my folder when i download it here.
whrer are the other ones ?
@schnurboy There is no other files, I've just added the other things to the existing file! So 1.0 and 1.1 are the only files there is so far.
I've had some problems with the Map Editor, that's why I havn't released 1.4 yet.
@mrsandwiich ok thanks for info, but i found 2 bugs.
with native or enhanced native trainer you cant spawn any vehicle and also if you call a cab, it wont come.
@schnurboy Hmm sounds weird, I don't have that problem so I don't know how to help you :/
@mrsandwiich, i think i found it.
mapeditor can only handle 2048 props, 256peds and 256vehicles.
when i am adding your xml, some car meets, constructionsides and cops chasing drug dealers, the prop number is reached and the game crashes after a while.
the vehicles or peds are not the problem but when i put in 4 xmls, it wont run without crashing.
3 xml is max, or 1 xml with the size of 3, cause then the 2048props are reached or overreached.
you mod alone is working great ^^

@House Rushton As of now it's dead! Have had to much problems and things to do in real life. Have also had some problems with my computer. The time I have in front of my computer these days I like to just play a little bit of Gta V or some other games to relax. Been thinking of continue this mod, I will when I have the time.

This mod destroying all atmosphere of this game. I hear around of myself shootings, screams and emergency cars. Maybe this good, but i deleting. And why you adds blue,green markers for map ? This new npc like zombies ))
