I took my time to finish the job in one of the construction sites in Los Santos, creating this modern house.

1) Install Map Editor by Guadmaz https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
2) IMPORTANT: COPY "gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi" TO YOUR GTA 5 LOCATION (If you don't do that, half of the objects WON'T LOAD)
DOWNLOAD IT HERE: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker
3) Copy "ModernHouseByJaxorJM" to your GTA 5 location
4) Launch the game and open the Map Editor's menu,
press F7;
select "Load Map" ;
then type "ModernHouseByJaxorJM" (without quotes).
FOR VERSION 1,1 TYPE "ModernHouseByJaxorJMv2" (without quotes)

1. Added some more furniture;
2. Added Terrace Railing;
3. Fixed the garage door and added some more details.
I LEFT THE 1,0 VERSION IN THE DOWNLOAD FILE TOO,
because I'm near the prop limit and some objects can not load.

It takes about 1 minute and 30s to load on my computer.
I run it at 50FPS (definitely playable) and my specs are:

@II--THOMAS--II sorry for an extremely late reply but you can delete the people in the house by going to 'GTA Map Editor' which is a mod, and by the way I didn't put any people in my map, they spawn on benches, beach chairs and etc

Hi all, maybe im not so good with mods, or new for this world, but is normal NOT save the house in your game? Explain better, every time u play, need to load this house? or i missing something so i don't have this house saved?

@Scratchy Oh God!!!!! I can not believe it! I tried some time ago to create a house just in that place but I had some problems!
I eliminated everything that did not serve as: container, workers, tools, etc. .. but when I leave the house, everything reappears again! How can I solve this problem? Please explain to me how it's done ..

@Scratchy Could you also explain how to take away people who work around the house? I loaded the map with map editor, but people are there anyway
I have got everything work even all the objectives ( trees, lights, table, wood, roof e.t.c) but still couldnt able spawn the water. Is there anyone able to spawn it with Map Editor? I tried to look for the label as water or pool in map editor but still could get it
help what to do, there are no gates in the first and second versions gate, why i don't load the gate?

@ZRCB_1438 to avoid this kind of problem without going through many complicated steps . . just convert this mod to a ymap file. . . search for ymap converter mod in this site. .

when will it be updated most of the interior is gone i have done everything right and i have the Galileo Michael Mansion and after the update there is no interior but before it had everything
