this is a boat house expansion to https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/beach-hi-teck-villa
this is my first ever mod so please no hate
for this file you will need menyoo/mapeditor
for the file to work you need - Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3]: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
- Map Builder (the older version, I use 2.2): http://www.mediafire.com/file/3v9vxiwio6i12o7/MB2+v2.3.1.zip
