Carson City, a newer version of Fort Carson from GTA:SA, can now be found in Sandy Shores. The only road that leads to the town is via the Sandy Shores Beach Front Recreation Area near Trevor's house. This is not the final version of the map, there are many things that are still to be added.
I tried to adapt the town to GTA 5 using HD textures from the game and from the RoSA Project Evolved, a mod that turns every low poly texture from GTA:SA into HD textures ( the mod can be found here: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2022/03/rosa-project-evolved-remaster-texturas-hd/ )
Considering the map it's not in it's final stage expect to see a few bugs. Also there's a problem with the custom dlc pack which I'm working on, that's the reason why I'm using the AddonProps DLC made by Meth0d & Quechus13 for the addon props and the Map Editor & Menyoo to YMap Converter DLC made by sollaholla for the ymaps.

Requirements:

Drag the "addonprops" and "custom_maps" folders to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Then go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and add the following lines to dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:\addonprops\
dlcpacks:\custom_maps\
( Do not forget to make a backup before this step ) After that drag the ymaps from the "fixed props" folder to x64t.rpf/levels/gta5/_hills/country_04/country_04_metadata.rpf

@supragaming94 If it doesn't work for you, it's something on your end, something I can't help with, It works for me fine, and most people. I am sending Abrian19 a version with certain parts fixed and updated, but it most likely won't fix your issues.

im using fiveM and i installed the update and its still not working for me, there is props that show up but its not the gta sa props or the road. could this have to do with game build?

im having a issue where the ground does not spawn in when i put it into my server may i get some advice i got the updated file
@cherrykoolaid24 Literally look 4 posts up, for the solution, you need those assets streamed in your server.
Despite the corrected version there is a problem with the lack of substrate how to remedy it?

fivem version just spawns a bunch of random dumpsters etc.
