Installation:
Put CIA_SEC.xml to gta directory. :D
After That Open Map Editor
Then Press F7 Go to load map
Then Go to Load xml Then type CIA_SEC and enjoy! :)
Know Issue:
IAA Sometimes will ragdoll for no reason. So i have to put barrier to prevent some IAA Guys That Wander Will push IAA and ragdoll
For some reason i have to remove door to get in easily
That all of that :D.
