Using the map editor I had in mind to do something at the entering of army base, you will see a hundred forces like marines, blacktops, and swat, they all together preparing for war.
I bet no one will get back alive without Invisible mod.
//EDIT: To use this map you need to download Map Editor
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
And then put the xml script on GTA V root dir and then load it from menu, or create "AutoloadMaps" folder inside the "Script" folder so it will autoload in start of game.

+ Added 2 bodyguards at Michael house, with AK47 and they will kill anyone that attack you.
How do u install i have the autoload maps in my scripts but it still does not work?
@jamash61 As about Autoloads you can talk to the owner of Map editor, but try to copy the xml file in your root dir of GTA V, and try to go New map and then Load map.
@NaughtyBoy1 Although I Like your idea, as ex-military I find the location of the round-up a little crowdy and disorganized. Having it near the entry of the base is quite ok, but perhaps you can find a field nearby where they can set up temp. base. Have the police and swat a little further out from the base entrance already giving you notice that something is going on as you come closer. I would also suggest military (and perhaps some fib agents?) only at the temp. base. But thats just me ;)
@WCP Thank you for sugguestions, actually not bad idea i'll start working on it soon as @Guadmaz fix the Map editor, because search engine won't work for me, and there are 5.000 stuff to explore so it will take me hours to check one by one.

@NaughtyBoy1 amateur mod user here. Is the zip file empty? coz I'm only seeing a "army" xml document. and in what folder to I put the mod to?
@raydemolay the xml belongs to me, you have to download Map Editor, and then put the xml script on GTA V root and load the map from menu, or create folder "Autoloads" inside the "Script" folder so it will autoload.
