Requirements:
-Map Editor
-Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer

Installation and how to play:
-Copy parade.xml to gta v folder.
-Load 'parade' in map editor.
-Disable cars and pedestrians: use Enchanced Native Trainer(world>no traffic, no pedestrians) or Simple Trainer(options>no cars, no peds).
Update v1.1: fixed bug with many presidents.

Hi , you did an amazing job. But I have a question : can you do something else? For example a map or a location for battles (not with weapons or other) The location similar to a wrestling arena , for example the ring with tables, ladders and chairs. I spent a lot of time waiting for somebody from modders will do something that I has just described. I'm from Ukraine , so sorry for mistakes

@BeanGamer The soldiers do if you start shooting at them, but I don't think they use the vehicles.. Although I THINK I did see one start to get into a tank but by then I was in a full on war blowing them all up in the tank I just stole from them lol :-)

Mod is junk. nothing moves disabled peds and traffic. it all disapears . or dont disable and it crashes . doesnt work.
Hello, how can I install this program on Xbox?
@Omidss I am pretty sure you can't. I do not think Map Editor is compatible on Xbox. You can't use this without loading it with Map Editor. (Link to Map editor): https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
