Sandy Shores airfield mechanic (Map builder/Menyoo) 1.0

This is a Mechanic office and repair shop, made in the Sandy Shores airfield, its the first build that I ever posted so if you could give feedback it would be awesome
Requirements:
Map Builder
OpenIV (to install Map Builder)
Menyoo (opcional)
Instalation metods for the requirements in the "readme" file
There will also be links if you dont know how to install Map Builder, Open IV or Menyoo
Instalation metods:
Map builder:
Open OpenIV and go to: modsupdate\x64\dlcpacks\custom maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\ citye\maps\custom maps.rpf\
and then you paste Sandy Shores Mechanic.ymap there.
Menyoo:
Open OpenIV, or your game folder and go to: menyooStuff\Spooner\
then paste Sandy Shores Mechanic.xml
to spawn the map, you open Menyoo, go to "Object Spooner", and then "Manage Saved Files", after than you will select "Sandy Shores Mechanic.xml
Note: You will need to make the 2 gates and door dinamic (only in the menyoo opcion)
