Had some free time, so I decided to play around with the editor and came up with this. Enjoy!
LOCATION IS IN THE ZIP FILE, LOAD THE MAP IN THE GOLF COURSE TO SPAWN POOLS.
Hope ya'll like it and please, no hate:)
P.S If the map doesn't load properly, load a new map then try again. I had this issue before.
Update: Enhanced driveway entrance.
-INSTALLATION-
1. Extract sunsetmansion.zip
2. Copy sunsetmansion.xml to your GTA V root folder or "AutoloadMaps" folder in the scripts folder to automatically load the map on game startup.
3. Start GTA V and open Map Editor, select Load Map and load by XML, then type "sunsetmansion".
4. Wait for everything to load and you're done!

how to open map editor?
Is it interactive ? can i store my cars and can i change outfits like a normal house ?

I load this one and it worked, but the inside is not like the pictures u post, the swimming pool is empty,lack of furniture. this should not be ur problem,the same happens to me when i use other map mods,dont know why.....
it says i hit the prop limit and like half of the thing spawns
