Hi All,
Experimented with this house using the objects in the game.
Season Greetings and Happy new year to all!
File is named after its address.
You need Menyoo for this to work! (Probably my last Menyoo Project)
Menyoo: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Go to your GTAV Game directory > menyooStuff > Spooner
Drop the provided file in the link above and load placements.
My game is currently set in the lowest graphics settings... so it'll show better on most PCs
VERSION 1.1 Added additional Props

If anyone wants to remove a particular prop, just go to the Menyoo, objects, database and then scroll till you see the relevant prop highlighted and press delete on the option. You can also add to it, by going on spooner mode, and add the relevant prop; whether it be object, vehicle, person or animal.
