For the higher end 'business person' looking for comfortable lodgings in Los Santos, but far from the prying eyes of nosey neighbors, Infinity Group presents Warehouse Hideout.
Hidden within Los Santos' Warehouse district, this luxury hideaway features a full garage, large server room with security station included. The secure building has an elevator from the garage to the spaceous loft style apartment complete with full kitchen, small office area, elevated bedroom and a full bathroom. A private balcony and a large patio area are featured as well. Relax on the balcony and entertain/workout on the patio which also comes with a full free-weight and barbell set. After your workout, soak in the hottub or take in the breeze on lounging couches under cool canopies. When you need to make a quick exit, take off from the rooftop helipad!
Requirements:
MENYOO
Installation:
Open the 'Warehouse Hideout' folder and place the Warehouse Hideout.xml into MENYOO's 'Menyoo Stuff/Spooner' folder.
Known issues:
Do not spawn vehicles inside the garage. If they aren't destroyed outright, they'll spawn in between the space of the map and building. Using the teleports is fine.
The interior of the building and the garage are AI friendly, but they will not teleport in with you. Bodyguards/Peds will have to be teleported inside.
Most doors open. The ones that don't have working teleports.
Note: You may want to turn down your sound effects as the ambient sound is intense in that part of the city.
