I created this mod inspired by:

Created & tested this on my GPD WIN with Intel Atom x7-Z8750
changes in v03
reduced visibility (distant view) in the city
from GTA 5 For Super Low PC's Version 10 mod install (put) hbaosettings.xml

1.open openiv click edit mode
1a. first I recomended install

5.settings.xml put in documents, Rockstar Games, GTA V

@SLY95ZER LMAO... Someone had to say it, although I think GTA 3 on PS2 puts this to shame visually. Still... I'm tempted to try this just for the retro look, it's pretty cool :)

How is this even playable? Wouldn't it be better to just buy a 2nd hand PS3 and a 2nd copy of GTA V?
@sreknaw17 Thanks. I wanted to check what I need to do to make it "playable" on GPD WIN...this type of mod didn't give me 100% satisfaction.
@BMfan As you can see, no ...I personally have a PC and a console for exclusive games,but not everyone prefers consoles (not everyone can afford a console or a new PC). That's why I'm and people who doing similar things.

I would say it looks like SA, but that game has better textures while this is just LODs.
I would say it's GTA V on the consoles xDDD
