BUGS: There is a small bug on cayo perico, sometimes enemies will spawn dead or floating. it is rare but it is how mission maker spawns them at times, it does not effect the gameplay.
I strongly suggest using the ini's added to the mission, it is especially made for all of my missions, it uses 100-200hp as a base for human strength and durability. The weapons are accordingly measured to make it realistic. the ones you are using now may either be way too strong or too weak.
