This is a modification of Dying's more realistic Flamelook afterburner:

I took it as a base and added a more realistic afterburner engine ring effect texture to it. It's only a texture swap, the shape will (sadly) stay the same.

@duration All aircraft with afterburner use the same effect texture but there is not an afterburner script for F-14........
