Make your GTA world a bit vintage with this mod!
This mod provides 2 files for the animated ad signs in GTA 5!
(A couple locations: across the street of the south Los Santos Hospital and near the Del Pero Pier!)
Installation:
Just follow the paths of the folders, and replace them with their respective locations in OpenIV.
