3. Open OpenIV
4. Copy all data from update.rpf, x64a.rpf & x64i.rpf to the correct location
5. EXAMPLE: x64a.rpf OpenIV [GTAV] x64a.rpf
6. Done. Just like install a car mod

@LedZero Will you release your Timecycle editing tool or can you sent me the beta version of that tool it's very hard to edit timecycle, the pinnacle Of v's file zize is going to be more than 1gb because of my 4k vegetation,palm,trees added plants overhaul Rock textures replaced and many more.
