Simple FIB Ped Texture
Just a simple retexture of the FIB agent with the bulletproof vest.
Requirements
-OpenIV
Installation
Open 'OpenIV' and select GTA V then select your platform. Next go to: GTA V / x64v.rpf / models / cdimages / streampeds_mp.rpf / mp_m_fibsec_01 . Then click edit mode and select these following files:
- 'decl_diff_000_a_uni.ytd'
- 'uppr_diff_000_a_uni.ytd'
- 'uppr_diff_000_b_uni.ytd'
- 'uppr_diff_000_c_uni.ytd'
then right click and click replace. Finally just find the mod and select the '.ytd' files on the mod.

-Removed unnecessary files
