3.) Find the car that is associated with the texture. EX: Police2.ytd
4.) Double click the car's texture dictionary
5.) Click the 'replace' button
6.) Click, and find impala14_sign_1 and replace every single impala14_sign with the .PNG I gave you
7). You're done!
