You can only use it in Story Mode

Installation Guide
If you already installed the Mercedes-Bent AMG GT R 2017 and unpacked it. Then replace the YTD File with the "police2.ytd" File.
When you replaced the YTD. File then follow this Guide
GTA V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ patchday3ng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf . Now replace police2.yft; police2_hi.yft and police2.ytd
