I have only made the skin, so you may first download: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2008-ford-f-550-flatbed-tow-truck-4k-livery-els-multi-livery-setup
The car file from "Car Files" must in:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
If you have ProjectViking installed, they must:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\projectviking\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
ELS
The file FLATBED.xml from the ELS folder should be in:
ELS\pack_default
ELS FiveM
If it is FiveM, FLATBED.xml from the ELS folder should:
resources\els-fivem\vcf
Remember to write "FLATBED.xml", in vcf.lua
LSPD:FR
If you want to use the towtruck feature in PoliceSmartRadio and have ArrestManager installed
please take the "Arrest Manager.ini" file and put it in:
plugins\LSPDFR
The mod must not be published without permission from Osma5.
