WIP because I'm planning on adding new cars to the pack when I'm finished playing around with the NYPD pack.
Also planning on doing GCPD peds alongside the Bludhaven mini pack.
Multiple unit numbers included and different licence plates

The batman mods on gta5mods if you wanna play as batman or some villain
Also try riot mode with a trainer ingame (I don't know if there is an option for it) or maybe a mod for rioting peds so you can live the true Gotham in chaos experience like in the batman games/movies.

@LtRob i downloaded the mod and i was going to set it up. and the mod for the Ford Explorer has been removed. do you have another mod where i can get the same car
