I know GSP doesn't have FPIS. But if they did it would look like this. This pack includes a GSP marked and unmarked textures. Texture is meant for TwistedScopes 2016 FPIS Maine Trooper, link down below.
Installation Guide:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say you want to replace police4. Search police4 in top right corner. Click police4.ytd. Select Tau_sign_1 and replace with my texture. Exit and save, this texture should be now in your game, enjoy State Trooper.
