GT500 Skull Racing Stripes

This adds a bit of flair to the stripes on the GT500. Also, I changed the license plate.
I've always had the idea to paint my '66 mustang with stripes like this, and now I can just pretend.
The download includes a vehicles.meta file from the original GT500 model download which is edited to allow liveries. Instructions in the ReadMe.txt
If none of these colors suit you, I can add them in an update, let me know!
