Been wanting to make this one ever since the game was released.
Sorry it's taken so long though, my old design from the GTA IV was pretty warped and relatively low res, so it tool a while to remaster it.
Anyway, it's fairly accurate to the real design currently in use by ACTPOL, however for legal reasons I can not use the official AFP badge, so it has been replaced with my reimagined badge.
Texture is in 4k (4096²) resolution. Was originally meant to be 8k, but it caused the game to crash.
NOTE: MODEL NOT INCLUDED!
Model must be downloaded separately!
Install path: mods/update/x64/dlc/patchday3ng/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Are you really not allowed to use the real AFP logo? I wouldn't of thought they cared. Looks very nice though. And thanks for being one of the people that actually read the part in my ToC where it said you can't re-upload the model itself
@Macgregor No worries mate. I always like to check if modellers permit or prohibit redistribution. That's part of the reason I never released my ACTPOL pack for GTA IV - too many of the car models were not allowed to be redistributed.
And yeah the AFP badge is copyright, and they don't really like when people use it unofficially.

This is pretty underrated, did you make the texture yourself? I live in victoria and I never see anything as wacky as this, only really the red highway patrol cars.
@mrjohnson79 Yep, this is the current standard design for all police vehicles in ACT.
I believe ACTPOL started using it on the RAPIDs (basically highway patrol), and then it slowly moved over into general duties.
Looks like it's totally replaced the old orange bordered checker band they used to use. At least I haven't seen the old decals in a very long time.
Federal use the same design as this as well, only difference is their vehicles say "Australian Federal Police" instead of just "Police".
Anyway, yeah. I made the texture myself. Was quite a pain, but really happy with how it came out.
