update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
4. Close Open IV
Replaced vehicle - police buffalo (police2).
You may used Add-on method but the name of the file need to be changed to police5.ytd
