- Navigate to: mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
- Click "Edit mode"
- Drag and drop utillitruck.ytd / utillitruck2.ytd / utillitruck3.ytd into the vehicles.rpf directory
- Click "Edit mode"
- Close OpenIV

also it can't be used online, as i say on a whole bunch of mods because the game will complain about your files being corrupted
