I made it after watching the film 'the captain' recently
The registration number is the same as 3U8633(had an accident a year ago)
so if you want to make a film or sth. you won't need to change it XD.

Installation:
if you use the mods folder,the directory will be:
X/steam/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/a319/dlc.rpf
If not:
X/steam/common/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks/a319/dlc.rpf
open dlc.rpf and then:
dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/a319.rpf
open it and u will find three a319 vehicle files
open a319.ytd and add the Sichuan Airlines livery (u can drag it directly)
Remember to SAVE IT!
Done!

There's a red square on the left front gear door,
Now it is fully painted in grey.
