LSPD Interceptor Utility Texture + Better Handling

Optimized for: Desmond98's LAPD Ford Police Interceptor Utility (2014) - I haven't tried any other model.

Installation:
1. Use OpenIV to navigate to the area you installed the car and enable 'editmode'.
2. Drag and drop the police3.ytd file into the location (If you want to manually install the textures, replace all eight of them with the new textures)
3. Run the game and have fun.
Handling is included in the ReadMe.
Do not edit or redistribute this file anywhere without authors consent.
You may edit the texture for personal use.

By this I'm guessing you mean the Vanilla SUV. I was having a phase with some vanilla cars but scrapped them for the real world.
Good job, One thing tho. In the Meta lines, you Copied over the Banshee Handling. Not sure if thats meant or not..
