I was doing some research on the McLaren Senna #128 and noticed it had a 'McLaren Newport Beach' License plate so I had to do it..
My license plate works:
1) Lamborghini Newport Beach

Requirements:
1) You need 'OPENIV' to install this livery.

1) Open 'OPENIV'
2) Open 'vehshare.ytd' (Usually at x64e if you're not using License plate addons)
3) Drop plate to 'vehshare.ytd' (You may rename it to plate01-04/yankton_plate)
