[Description]
This is a license plate pack for 3 different US States, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennesse.
[Installation]
To install this mod first go to (Suggest to go into mods folder) x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf and you can either drag and drop the "vehshare.ytd" from the winrar to openIV, or you could indiviually replace plate 01, plate 02 and plate 03 with my mods. Make sure to also add the templated version if your doing it the individual way.
