@franklin8888 Go to Vehicle mods section, and choose filter General vehicle mods, all those guys who uploaded 3d models should now how to do it, but to be hones, they dont take requests, as far as i know, good luck

@syperous Thats on you man, you can acces it with paint,photoshop,gimp all kinds of programs, and then make your own livery and design
