These plates are replicas of Virginia license plates. They may not be 100% accurate compared to their real life counterparts.

Installation:
1) Go to GTAV/Mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
2) Activate EDIT MODE and then drag in the .YTD included in the download.
