This is a texture of a vanilla sweater. You don't have to download any models.

If you didn't now how to install this texture, You can check the "read me" file into the mod.

Install :

1 - Open "MALE" folder.
2 - Open your GTA V Directory in OpenIV
3 -In OpenIV go to Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mplowrider/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mplowrider_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_lowrider_01
4 - Drag and drop all files into "mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_lowrider_01"

MUST HAVE :
- OpenIV

I'm French so please be indulgent with my English.
I made all my textures in Paint3D.
