Update Version 1.5 Fixed the odd facial "ripple" effect that only happened sometimes when the camera got too close. It works great now.
regarding the badge, there is a tie and badge in game that a ped has, you could use that. Giving it 3 stars is pointless.

@DeadBoyG I used a script in Maya, that lower the polys. i wanted to make it full detail but Maya 3ds and zm3 didn't really let me so i had to do it. which still looks pretty good.
