This is my first upload so play nice!
Sorry for low quality screens, my PC isn't too great :/
Full credit goes to Yard1 for the models, I just made new some textures. This is based off of his LSPD SWAT and NOOSE TRU Ped models.
MAKE BACKUPS OF ALL CHANGED FILES!
Installation is in readme files.
Install with OpenIV.
Issues:
Decals look somewhat static-y
Decals have a small clipping issue
