I made this texture just for fun and it was just for my personal use but i thought i'll share this.
obviously this shirt is not perfect, maybe i'll update it to make it looks nicer.
anyway, hope you like it!

@sleepybasstard_ very cool, make a black T-shirt with the name of the band or with the punk attribute so franklin more fierce :)
@sleepybasstard_ check inside readme and it's not to be installed in ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf

Please follow this Installation Instruction:
- make sure you have a backup of all files you will be replacing.
- go to [GTA V Directory]\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one using OpenIV
- Replace uppr_diff_031_b_bla.ytd file in the directory with .ytd file in "Chelsea Grin T-Shirts" folder
NOTE:
i messed up the Read-Me file's instruction.
ignore the Read Me file and use the instruction above instead, sorry about that.
already submitting to replace the Read Me files with the proper one, waiting for approval
replaced the read me file with a proper installation instruction.
