Background:
The menace of the streets of Liberty City is back! The hustler gang was known for its ruthless methods of drug trafficking and street crime as well as increasing the mortality rate. They are now back in motion in the sunny side of Los Santos. They are taking the streets by force and infiltrating many known locations throughout LS. Will the police stop them in their rampage or will their corruption lead to an alliance with these street hustlers?
Description:
This addon includes 4 new models with all GTA 4 clothes variations. I am excited to share this long-awaited mod, and it is my first model conversions so please give feedback and let me know what you think.
It has 6 new full voice lines stripped from GTA 4!! This includes high-definition voices and proper y-clip editing for facial animations. (Fully rigged)
They have scenario points available for night and day spawning in general population. (Location provided on this page above)
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE (PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION):
This mod edits meta files such as pedpersonality, popgroups, loadouts, ambientpedmodelsets, relationship.dat, and the big file peds.ymt
Known Issues:
Due to this being my first model conversions, I have had issues with the UV editing. I don't know how to do it very well and so therefore the model has a squashed mid-section at times. The outfits also don't have blood decals appear on them when you shoot or cut them. I have not had luck fixing this issue yet, it only happens for these GTA 4 models for some reason. All my other models I am converting from the Sims 4 soon have blood effects. So, I may have a problem somewhere I don't know.

Packfile limit adjuster is used for addonpeds, if your experiencing crashes then please install this and heapadjuster:

@Raq Yes totally possible, the Italians I have actually been working on substantially and have finished the voice lines already. I just might add new outfits for them since I've learned how to convert the clothes now. So, I will be uploading them later on down the road with some other gangs and stuff for sure!
Even the LSSD deputies wants a piece of them, now the war between them and the vagos for the power is on!

@WolfFire23309 are u planning to add more gang peds from 4 like the angels of death? The peds in general were just so much tougher looking in IV
@scarredface1017 Yes, I plan to add all of them! It just takes time completing their voices, as it takes the longest for finding and adding in the best lines from that game lol. I am currently almost finished with the Jamaican/pimp gang, I'm just doing their voice lines now. I am planning to start the Italian mafia gang next though and I will add them here on 5-mods once I finish with them. But the angels of death and lost mc overhaul will definitely come in a later upload for sure and be available here on 5-mods as well! I was looking at their outfits recently and I think that one will be a lot of fun to work on!

@Kloyzom No problem man, and thank you! More to come in the near future as I plan to update these peds, so they have blood effects and no more UV issues as I just recently learned how to fix that stuff!

@paul878 Absolutely man, right now I am busy helping someone out with some custom models, but then I plan to get started on the clothes for Franklin and maybe even the online ped. It just takes time unfortunately to compete stuff. Thats always been my issue lol

@skeeze415 It is actually, they are being added to the game which makes them an addonped. There is no addongang tag lol
@WolfFire23309 Actually isnt. It replaces files which makes it an replace ped like your other replace ped you have. None the less good mod.
@skeeze415 This does not replace any models dude, they are a complete addon and I even added the gang scenarios and relationship faction myself, so I know. I appreciate the compliment, but please do not accuse me of misusing the site functions when I am respecting the rules.
