The ultimate SCO19 pack! Featuring ARV and TST officers (there is already a great CTSFO ped from Festivalmatt).
Install in mods/ x64e.rpf/models/componentpedssmy
Hats go in the pedprops folder.
For the TST officer's helmet, you have to use a trainer to spawn glasses for it, then spawn a hat, then remove the glasses. It appears to be a bug with the ped model.
