This "mod" adds the N.O.O.S.E.
Either addon or replace
PS:Idk how to make the N/E not look weird
Also idk(if u use add) how to get the police to spawn with the noose logo on the back I think I need to edit the peds meta file sadly I'm not experienced with it(yet)

Things that I want to do: autoinstall, fix the noose logo, add text for every agency, and other things, add the replace option for simple trainer
Instalation:
x64 e/ models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y replace the file with the one in the folder
Info:
This is a decal from GTA online only accessible in the diamond heist: Big Con approach if u selected the noose outfits as exit disguise, this just enables in singel player

If u want to become noose on
1)Replace - get menyoo/simple trainer
For simple trainer, go-to model spawning- spawn by name-"s_m_y_swat_01" (without the quotes)
For menyoo go to player/wardrobe/ model changer-input model-"s_m_y_swat_01" (without the quotes)
2)Addon(need menyoo)-go to player/wardrobe/model changer-input model-"s_m_y_swat_01" (without the quotes)
