What did i do?
I modified the female uppr to look like a pregnant belly
I also modified one of the popular pants for female to match the belly
other lowrs that work with this are bikini lowrs etc
there are some clothes online that fit if you have a look around or you can create some around it
Instructions :
I use the MP clothes addon to add it
you can find that using this link and following the instructions given

Using tobii space select the clothing you would like to replace

replace the upper

replace the lowr
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpchristmas2017_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_christmas2017
v1.02 changed the name of the files from UNI to WHI so if you chose a different location they should work

just to let anyone know if you do decide to rename and stream them change the textures of the pants from uni to whi at the end of the file
ive uploaded a second version with the files named whi to help
again i do recommend using mp clothes
