US FBI Ped Retexture

This is a retexture for Baud0412's LSSD Gang Unit. It is semi-realistic to some uniforms that the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation, however, it is not exact. Any suggestions for future mods/changes to this one, just leave them in the comments!
