FEATURES:
• 7 purchasable safehouses (+ 6 post update).
• Set spawn point (character switch point) at your safehouse for each character.
• Live in North Yankton.
• 3 different penthouse interiors.
• Sleep in bed to skip time, or watch your character simply lay down.
• Sitting down on sofa.
• Showering.
• Drink whiskey.
• Entering / Exiting from backyard.

For those asking for garages, I recommend using the mod Persistence II.
Also please don't mind the long time it takes to load into the apartments, its a one time only thing, after loading in it should be very quick to enter next time.
INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop Home_Ownership_V.dll and Home_Ownership_V.ini folder, into your scripts folder.

Made North Yankton load in / out when getting near / far away.

Fixed Devin mansion gates not opening sometimes.
Fixed being able to purchase properties even without sufficient funds.

Devin Weston gates now open, allowing for cars to be parked.
Other fixes to the Eclipse interior.

• Adding more unique homes.
• Adding usable computer with animations at each home.

@kyerecastiilo not all script mods work but alot do... its way more work and disappointment with a crarcked version.

@Burst154 actually just made account to reply to your comment i have cracked version with redux latest and 50+ mods/scripts for openIV so all you said is spreading false information do your research before commenting and yes not all scripts work for me the ones that require certain update that DLC items got added too im version 1.0.2.699

Hello.Mods are working fine but when i enter my house the game crashes and taking long to enter my house.Does anyone know whats the problem?

This is a great mod, but there's a couple of bugs, the option to leave disappears when you use the sleep function in the apartments. Also it more often than not doesn't redress you after showering. Hope these issues get fixed.

@Dealien Actually it doesn't crash, what I ended up doing was just using a trainer to teleport out, and once out the options to enter said buildings where still there, once I reentered the building the features worked again, until I went to use the sleep function and the same thing happened. I did not reload scripts or anything, so this is a weird one.

i just came to say that exactly.
besides for those who experience crashes when attempting to get into their house
Note: it worked in my case, may or may not work for you.if you have any interior mods other than "Enable MP Maps(MP Menu)", like "Enable All Interior" or "Open All Interior", just temporarily disable them by renaming or even removing them, then run your game and test it again to see if it's fixed or not.
imo this is a nice mod other than that leave house function issue
