Installation
Place LipMovement.dll and LipMovement.ini into your "scripts" folder. You will need Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook.
Controls
J - Press and hold to speak.
The control can be edited via the .ini file.

This mod is aimed towards directors so they can input their own voice in editing. It uses the GTA Online feature where you talk into your mic, it does the speak animation.

cant make them talk at least i use franklin, trevor or michael, how can i make them talk using npc's, etc... ??

Does this work with modded characters? Or do they need facial animations in order for it to work?
Well since no one replied I will try it out myself and tell you if it works or not with modded characters. Anyways, thanks for making this mod! ;D
I think it's interesting mod, but i don't see application of this mod. Is it only for machinimas.

@ScottFoxx Nope. I am still in the process of making my mod pack so I haven't been able to test it myself yet. But no one has officially answered my question either.

@HarleyQuinnSquad It most likely will work with any modded characters, as long as the author added the ability of lip movements to the ped. Some of the character mods you'll see on here state "no lip movement", etc.

I've been trying to make this work for a while. I've now got it to work!
You have to create a folder called /scripts in your main game folder and drop the .dll and .ini file into it.
However, I did note that it doesn't seem to work in sync with a mic. It literally just makes the character do a speech animation (on button press), which isn't quite what I was wanting, but I can live with it.
Love using chroma key and editing on pc i use this alot whenever makin a rockstar Movie Much

My characters face gets distorted when I talk and look back at it in rockstar editor
I love Jedi Josh's mods. It's too bad he pretty much abandons them forever as soon as they're released.
@chrisnovxxx have you tried tested on modded character because i have been trying to figure out how to make modded character lip move but still no answer
