A professional Moose Test (ISO 3888-2) generator for GTA V Map Editor that creates perfect obstacle avoidance courses for any vehicle. Test your vehicle's stability and handling during emergency lane-change maneuvers with scientifically accurate cone placements based on vehicle width.

Requirements:
- Map Editor
- Python 3.x (for script execution)

Installation:
- Download and extract the Python scripts.
- Run the desired generator script:
- Moose Test 1.1.py for full Moose Test
- Slalon.py for simple slalom
- Copy the generated XML file to your GTA V root folder.
- Open Map Editor in-game and load the XML file.

Usage:


  1. Run the Script: - For Moose Test: Input vehicle name and width when prompted - For Slalom: Adjust parameters in the script or run with defaults

  2. Generate XML: Script creates a properly formatted XML file

  3. Load in Map Editor: - Open Map Editor in GTA V - Go to "Load Map" - Select your generated XML file

  4. Test Your Vehicle: - Accelerate from Gate P1 - Release accelerator at P1B (different colored cone) - Navigate through all gates without hitting cones


Test Configuration:
The Moose Test includes:

- Section A: Gates 1-3 (main line) with additional P1B gate at 2m
- Section B: Gates 4-6 (offset section)
- Section C: Gates 7-9 (aligned with Section A)
- Cone Width Considered: All calculations include 0.5m cone hitbox diameter

Default Location
Pre-configured for optimal testing at Los Santos International Airport:
Coordinates: -1458.6318, -3177.083, 12.945
Orientation: -30 angle
Height adjusted for airport ground level

Customization Options
Edit the script to change:
- Starting coordinates (x0, y0, z)
- Test angle (currently -30)
- Cone spacing formulas
- Number of cones/gates

Python Scripts Included
- Moose Test 1.1.py: Main generator with detailed console output and verification
- Slalon.py: Simple generator for basic slalom practice
Both scripts output XML files ready for Map Editor import.

Tips
- Start with slower vehicles to learn the test pattern
- The P1B gate (different colored cone) indicates where to stop accelerating
- Use the verification output to ensure proper cone placement
- Experiment with different vehicle widths to see how spacing affects difficulty
