Was asked by another user on here to make a mod like this (hopefully its good enough @Wolfx101!!).
Script to run the police reports while on foot. I'm sure there are some really well done versions out there, this one keeps it super basic.

Drop dll to your scripts folder, if it doesn't exist, make one and drop it in there.

v 1.0 - initial release. Set to randomly go through list of PLAY_POLICE_REPORT. It's a little louder than the car scanner for whatever reason (maybe I can find volume commands somewhere and change that, or my car scanner is too low).

I think this would work better as a Ragepluginhook script, since it makes more sense to use it as a cop on LSPDFR and can be deactivated easily when not needed
@bravo-one-charlie thanks for the suggestion but I'm barely breaking into .net scripting and basic GTA. I also don't have the intentions of developing for LSPDFR either (no offense). I think I also saw one for LSPDFR that was way more developed for that community.
@dimedius Nice mod dude could you attempt to make police more present in traffic? like more police cruisers so when i use mods like traffic laws they react to me flying past them at crazy speeds instead of just at the PDs
